Ms. Cortes is a senior paralegal with the Disability Advocacy Program Unit of the Empire Justice Center's Rochester office where she has been since 1996.  She is a bilingual paralegal who represents individuals on SSI appeals before Administrative Law Judges and the Appeals Council.     

Topics will include:
