This CLE will review the NATIONAL FEDERATION OF PARALEGAL ASSOCIATIONS, INC. Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility. The course will also provide an analysis of the Upsolve v. New York case before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the unauthorized practice of law and free speech.  This is a 1 credit hour ethics CLE.
