When a Chronic Care Medicaid Applicant transfers money and gets nothing in return, Medicaid considers that an uncompensated transfer and the applicant is penalized for those transfers. With this CLE, you will learn how to move money from one shell to another, when you should move those resources and what resources you can and should move to protect it from Medicaid.
